A versatile photographer, Shailan Parker has over 30 years experience in a broad spectrum of photography disciplines such as advertising, publishing, social communication, editorial, food and architecture.

 

Trained in visual communication at the National Institute of Design, Ahmedabad, Shailan brings to photography a keen understanding of design concepts, graphics and digital technology. He has worked as a photography consultant for major magazines, publishing houses, corporates, NGOs and fashion institutes in India.

 

Shailan Parker's studio is located in New Delhi. He has worked on location all over India, Singapore, London and New York.

 

Shailan has been going as visiting faculty to various design institutes and has also been conducting photography workshops. A few years back, photographer Joginder Singh and Shailan joined forces and created Photosensitive, a collaboration to teach photography. Photosensitive has been conducting basic photography weekend workshops, landscape and macro photography treks and studio photography modules.
